Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. During busier periods (October to December), dispatch times may increase slightly to 3–4 working days. We always keep our dispatch times up to date, so please check back if you're ordering during the holiday season.

UK Delivery

UK Mainland Orders are sent via Royal Mail for standard parcels. Heavier orders are sent via APC on an overnight service for next working day delivery. Royal Mail deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Northern Ireland Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Delivery can take up to 5 working days after dispatch.

Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Islands & Scilly Islands Orders to these areas are sent via Royal Mail or APC depending on weight. Channel Islands orders are sent via DHL. Please allow additional time for delivery to these areas.

Postcodes in the Scottish Highlands & Isles include: AB37–AB38, AB41–AB56, FK17–FK21, HS, IM, IV1–IV56, KA27–KA28, KW, PA20–PA49, PA60–PA78, PA80–PA88, PH17–PH44, PH49–PH50, PO30–PO41, TR21–TR25, ZE.

International Delivery

Europe We ship to Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, and Romania. Orders are sent via DHL and typically arrive within 1 week of dispatch, though customs delays may occasionally occur. EU orders may be subject to customs fees payable by the recipient.

⚠️ Germany: Due to German customs requirements (LUCID number), we are currently unable to ship to Germany. Please contact us at aromadiffusers.uk for further assistance.

Switzerland & Norway Orders are sent via DHL.

USA & Canada Orders are sent via DHL and typically arrive within 2 weeks of dispatch.

⚠️ Important Notice – USA Shipments: Due to current import tariff regulations, our couriers have temporarily suspended all shipments to the United States. We apologise for any inconvenience and are actively monitoring the situation. We hope to resume US shipping as soon as possible.

Important Information

Dangerous Goods

Some products — including pure essential oils, blends, essential oil mists, room sprays, aroma mists, and alcohol-based perfumes — are classified as dangerous goods and can only be shipped by road. We are unable to send these items by air.

PO Box & BFPO Addresses

We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses via courier within the UK. If you need to ship to a BFPO address via courier, please contact us before placing your order as special arrangements may be required.

Packaging

All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of our supplier. Your customers will receive their orders discreetly. Please note that bathroom products such as soaps and bath bombs will include an ingredients list as required by law.
