Shipping & Return Policy
3.1 Shipping Information
Aroma Diffusers UK ships internationally to customers worldwide. We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible.
3.2 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
3.3 Shipping Timeframes
International shipping timeframes vary by destination:
- Europe: 5-7 business days
- North America: Shipments to the US:
Due to current import tariff regulations, our couriers have temporarily suspended all shipments to the United States. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We're actively monitoring the situation and hope to resume shipping to the US as soon as possible- Asia & Middle East: 10-20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days
- Rest of World: 14-25 business days
Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.
3.4 Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.
3.5 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website.
3.6 Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy.
3.7 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.
3.8 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at sale@aromadiffusers.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3.9 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.10 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sale@aromadiffusers.uk with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
